Jonathan Smith is the founder and principal of Mobilis Works LLC, a strategy and implementation practice focused on policy innovation, economic competitiveness, and civic capacity.
He most recently served in Governor Whitmer's Administration, where his work focused on guiding policy initiatives from design through implementation. His career spans senior roles in state government, on Capitol Hill, and in the private sector, including work in economic development policy, manufacturing strategy, and emerging technology.
